About the Creator:
Hey, hey! I'm Rebekah Buege.
I used to mentally obsess over every inch of my body. I sacrificed my happiness, locking myself in the mental cage of this made up concept of beauty. In 2015, I had enough. I sat down to figure out what in the world was going on in my brain. After a few months, my body image changed. As a result, I treated my body better than before. Developing healthy habits felt fun and easy. Now, 8 years later, I'm healthier than ever, happier than ever, and hotter than ever (in my opinion, which is all that matters!) I didn't think a life like this was possible. That's why I can't wait to teach the exact same 8-step blueprint I created for myself back in 2015 that changed everything.

Here's what's inside...
✓ Weekly emails announcing when a new module is ready in your online member area. Modules are structured as written instructions with the occasional video walking you through the lesson and activity for that week. This is an 8-week program that takes about an hour each week to complete.

✓ Module One, Awareness: Your body is not the cause of your body image issues. In this first module, we will practice looking away from your body to find the true source of your insecurity.
✓ Module Two, Investigation: You are not to blame for your critical self-talk or unrealistic expectations for your body. In this second module, we will practice looking outside yourself to find where your insecurities came from.
✓ Module Three, Anger: You never should've experienced this kind of struggle and pain. In this third module, we will practice letting yourself be upset by the years of sacrifice, pain, and pressure to fit into unrealistic expectations.
✓ Module Four, Acceptance: Bodies aren't perfect and your past experiences can't be changed. In this fourth module, we will practice accepting the facts about your current body and how culture influenced your body image, but recognize the unfair circumstances. (this is where you get to a "neutral" body image!)
✓ Module Five, Curiosity: The story you tell yourself about your body is made up anyway, let's make it work in your favor. In this fifth module, we will practice getting curious about how good this story can get and what a healthy, vibrant body relationship looks like for you. (this is where you define your "positive" body image)
✓ Module Six, Peace: There's a body battle going on, but you don't need to kill yourself trying to win. In this sixth module, we will practice resting in the knowledge that you don't need spend your life fighting for (or against) body ideals.
✓ Module Seven, Boundaries: You're building something worth protecting. In this seventh module, we will practice setting up a routine to respect and protect the new relationship you have with your body.
✓ Module Eight, Joy: You're allowed to enjoy the ever-loving-sh*t out of your life. In this eighth module, we will practice creating an external and internal environment of joy for your body to exist in daily. (this is where you get to a "positive" body image!)
