I don't think we've met, I’m Rebekah Buege (pronounced biggie) and I know what it's like to feel trapped in a body that stresses you out. One day, I had enough. I was sick of constantly feeling exhausted by the hamster wheel of trying to keep up. I decided to make a few key changes and taught myself how to have confidence in my body, not just my "results."
